 In the beginning the world was without form. Fast forward a year or two, and suddenly humans populate everything. Killing, looting and polluting. Your nation has realised that there is strength in numbers. Strength in sticking together to achieve a common goal. Your goal is to overcome your rivals, to not fall to infighting, and to ensure that your nation, your empire, stands the test of time. This is the game thread for the mafialike Civlisation 2 game thing. It is a strategy game and also a mafia game rolled into one, easily misunderstood and confusing package. The rules thread for the game is here: http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3639789 The second post of this thread will have up to date player lists etc. Standard mafia rules apply, basically don't be a poo poo to the game or to other players, and play in the spirit of trying to win according to your win condition. Lynches occur via majority at the deadline. Nations are solely responsible for their own night actions, fellow empire-mates are not allowed to submit actions for their friends, as you don't know who is scum or not.
Regarding Out of Thread communications: Players in empires are not confined to their Empire chat document, but may PM or whatever. Diplomats may converse via whatever means with other diplomats, but $ transfers must ALWAYS be submitted to a mod  Rules Clarifications
