Pocket, what stream/channel are you watching? Zattoo has Radsport but it's in german. Not the end of the world, but the only acceptable languages to watch cycling in are French, Italian and English.

I was hoping for much shittier terrain. Did they clean it up overnight? Someone in the bike thread who was riding yesterday said the arenberg was terrible yesterday but it looked spotless today.

Anyone who wants to watch pain and suffering in some beautiful scenery, the tour de suisse is climbing both the furka and the Gotthard today. Both are really pretty alpine climbs. They finish up in Cari which I've not been to but the climb on the way up there is the cherry on suffercake.

It's perfect weather for the mountains. I live in switzerland and to get away from the heat I go ride up big hills. The valleys provide a nice cooling breeze as the air descends naturally off the glaciers up top, and once you're up there it's usually quite a bit colder than down at the bottom. Admittedly I'm not riding up them at 30k/hr though.
