Hello criminals. I just started playing this game. I edited some technician/mastermind build off the internet to suit what I thought would be fun and good to play at level 100 which I'm sure I will never get to. Here it is. Anything dire or obvious I should change?

Hm, ok, I took out Die Hard, and replaced Martial Arts with Cat Burglar and Spotter with Inside Man aced. Leaves me 4 points that I'm probably gonna use for some of the stuff suggested by you, the dangerous and powerful outlaws. Looking at the trees, there's some other stuff that looks interesting to me: Aced cat burglar, with the super fall protection and halved custody time, seems pretty good to me. Also, SMG specialist, because I like using single shot primaries and SMGs are a nice offhand for that. Anyone have any thoughts on these?

SMG Specialist loving rules and is a bargain, for how good it makes an entire handful of weapons that are in both the primary and secondary slots I'm amazed it isn't a 4/8 skill. Cat Burglar Ace is pretty good, I wouldn't gush over it but having armor-only falls is situationally useful. The half custody time is worthless, as you should not be going into custody that often.

Alright, with the remaining 4 points I grabbed SMG Specialist and Aced Shinobi. Cleaner, no, because I have friends who will probably spec further into Ghost. Die Hard, no, because SMGs seem pretty versatile and I don't like the idea of firing off sniper rifles or whatever while I'm bleeding out on the floor. And Combat Medic, no, because, well, it seems bad.

Why would Overkill make their own version if they have the community doing poo poo like that for them without having to pay for dev time? Maybe some of us don't want HoxHud? I was interested in testing it, but once they released it publicly,(maybe after a month or so that I "applied" to test it like it was a loving job) I stopped giving a poo poo because I had to wait so long. If you play the game enough without the help of aids, everything it offers seems very superficial. I don't give a poo poo what everyone elses' killcount is, there's a timer on the top of the screen so I can judge when ECMs run out and when drills will be done. Oh? There's an HP meter for enemies? I have the most accurate gauge for enemy HP as well; it's called a Loco shot to the loving face.

Stop putting such faith into superficial bullshit you don't even need and learn the loving game you shitlords.

I wonder what kind of hosed up poo poo you have to say to a cop to make him shoot other cops. To me this canonizes Mastermind as the reigning evil motherfucker of the four specializations

I guess everyone is getting build advice today, so I'll gladly hop on that train for my post-Crimefest and general "getting back into the game" skills. Here's what I've got (no infamy tiers): http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mSnplmHjeFGBCda:eDa:tsOmJEFGBcDa:ghECda:feCa:pc0m0A6r0h0o0::

Mainly a techmind, but I'm eyeing some of those fun new Fugi skills. I want to drop the Joker related stuff, but I need some way to build up to Ace Inspire. Aced Winston Wolfe and Aced Sixth Sense look incredibly fun, but maybe they're not worth sacrificing more important skills for? Swan Song and Ace Run and Gun also look pretty appealing.

I'm also curious about some of the new weapons. I mainly use a single-shot AK.762 with an SMG.. I like being able to pop heads with careful high damage shots and still be able to panic and unload in swarms of cops if need be. Anything from the Assault/HM pack/other stuff from patches good for that style of play?

Is 50 still the sweet spot for 1 headshot kills on most enemies, or can I afford to go a little lower now that I have Helmet Popping?

40 is the spot now, since 25% of 40 is 10, which makes 50.
