Spending they birthdays inside of a cell
We coming from a long bloodline of trauma
We raised by our mamas, Lord we gotta heal
We hurting our sisters, the babies as well
We killing our brothers, they poisoned the well

I am also bored with the new Slaughterhouse collaboration.. pretty much once they've creatively said where they're from & their 'basic bio' in the first minute or two, there is not much there that gets me fired up on them.. not really anything deep or venomous or insightful or even funny there. I mean even Fitty, he so witty, had a few remarks that really made me laugh. Cmon son!!!!

I found it to be the better EP overall, but Vol 1 has Talk About It which is the best track between them.

With exception of Crooked I they lack energy or passion. It's like they're rapping just to show us they're better rappers than 90% of our favorite rappers. Like that Royce verse, he was trying to way too hard to show us how little fucks he gives about telling us how little fucks he gives. His delivery was basically "I'm wasting my time doing this but take these bars anyway."

I guess they're just too "cool" for me. I think they're less humble than Jay-Z, actually.
