the Injury Reserve album is great, it feels like a good non-rushed version of what Brockhampton was trying to do on their last album I don't think I'll love Igor on the same level as Flower Boy, but it's really good and I respect that he did something risky and new instead of making Flower Boy 2. "Gone, Gone / Thank You" is a top 5 Tyler song

i really dig the tracks where tyler actually raps, the rest isn't really for me. i think the comment about him trying to be pharrell is on point, but i don't give a poo poo about pharrell outside of production the injury reserve album is great from start to finish

I love Igor, but I can definitely see people thinking it’s really self-indulgent. My favorite track is “I Don’t Love You Anymore”. I never expected a rapper to produce one of my favorite indie songs of the year, lol. Also allow me to pile onto the “Injury Reserve owns” bandwagon. I’m gonna need to dedicate an entire day to Flamagra alone.

Igor starts strong but tracks 3-8 have the imprint of kanyes fat rear end cheeks sat all over them. All tired soul samples sandwiched around magic wand the teezus reject. After he gets his incoherent verse on puppet, 9-12 sounds like it goes back to good tyler production with a couple more samples still stuck on there at the end of 11.
