I'm genuinely interested in this as most earlier stuff I've heard is pretty thug or positive with the exception of maybe like some anticon stuff or sage Francis. Who else makes opressivly negative rap?

I somehow missed when this video came out a bit over a week ago but it's really loving good. Never heard of anyone on this track but makkonen and as a pretty big fan of his I'm surprised to say he's prob the least interesting part of the song despite giving a pretty solid verse. Yeah he is more known for dieing but that doesn't discount the music he made before that. He was the best rapper in arguably the 90s nyc rap crew with the most raw talent besides wutang
