Oh, wow, I thought it was a Before Activating effect, so I thought I was screwed. Huh. Really, I think you probably outplayed me that beat, but I also think we both misread your (potential) attack pair there.

Also I would have done 3 damage, not 2. Burst has 3 power on its own. You seem to have accounted for this in the life totals, but you put it down as 2 damage in the previous beat post.

Depends on the game and the character. Clinhyde's tough, because I'm not very good with Disruptors; they make me frustrated. Early on, I had a lot of writing because I was overthinking it, and then later I didn't put very much because I was upset. Zaamassal, on the other hand, I didn't have to think about too hard, because I'm good with Brawlers and I cruise-controlled with him. Generally, I had a pretty good idea of what to do and how to do it, and even if I did something wrong, I had a pretty good recovery strategy. That's what I like about Brawlers, that flexibility. I'm too dumb for Phase and Gravity. XD
