Calling it now, Spincut's got this. Because Juto is a lot better than Borneo, it isn't even a contest. Borneo's styles all have serious downsides for no real reason, and her bases aren't really any better than Juto's at all.

As to effects, both have a "no stun" style (Clumsy/Cuddly), both have two move styles, and both have a Stun Guard style (Petulant/Fuzzy). The only major difference is that Snuggly regains life, whereas Pathetic ignores Stun Guard (and gives slightly more range). If anything, I thought Borneo was better, what with Hex, Divider, Claw, and Master Plan. I dunno. Guess we'll see.
