Then I realize It's the sequel to Trapt and it's just The Incredible machine of killing people.

Deaths are not really gory or morbid enough IMO. Also no disfigurement or suffering bonus which means you can't stack stuff. It feels sort of like how the new Sim City was to Sim City 2k, the older games had more options to do stuff, this feels like there's only one way and you're more limited.

The Tsundere Anime Torture Goddess Trifecta seem to drop hints, but they have weird translations.
