If made moderator I would ensure all posts in every thread only pertain to best practice policies, DoD Instructions (and the applicable branch versions,) who has the best Chief of Staff, and mentoring our fellow Airmen/Marines/Sailors/Soldiers/DoD Civilians. We will have a mandatory hot wash at the end of the week where everyone will secretly hate me and disagree with everything I say but will nod their heads in agreement for fear of reprisal.
