I remember there was a Mariner game a few years ago against the Cardinals where Tony LaRussa left his starter in to bat (wanna say it was either Wainwright or Carpenter) where the starter had the lead. He batted, got on base, and eventually scored. LaRussa pulled him next inning. That pretty much encapsulated the TLR experience for me.
