Oh hey I recognize those role names anywhere. DarkRevenant/SC2 mafia style. I got up to "~Neutral, -Killing, -Evil, -Benign" when it clicked.

I think I wrote some setup notes on how to translate the game to forum format.

This is a signup post but I am also up for discussion on the setup style.

Your free to discuss the setup with me if you like. I've run it on another forum a couple few times with 20ish players, so I know it works half decently.
Instead of posting the entire setup, I'll just post some comparisons. I tried to mold the SC2 setup as close to SA standards as possible. I might advise renaming roles too, i.e. consigliere becomes rolecop (and the town version will have the same name). Escorts; roleblockers, etc.

Role modifications:
Mayor - vote counts for 2.
Vigilante - limited to 1 shot.
Godfather - investigates good, can be killed at night.
Agent - tracker+watcher, cooldown 1 night (can only use ability every two nights).
Serial Killer - can be killed at night.
Arsonist - can be killed at night.
Witch - win condition clarification: Survive and see the town lose the game (i.e. can win with mafia or solo).

Role removals:
Marshall - shakes up the entire voting process too much, and requires a lot of extra effort for mod work. Can keep if you want.
Veteran - Works with SC2 mafia because it's very fast paced, but for slower games it's just not fun.
Coroner - see janitor.
Janitor - removing role flips sucks, and it forces the coroner which is also a (relatively) boring town role.
Cultist - changing alignment also sucks. Games that include cults have to be handled delicately.
Amnesiac/Executioner/Jester/Survivor - Too many neutral role types. And these ones are the more boring ones. Why be a survivor when you can be a witch? etc.

Role additions:
Jailor - jailor + ability to mason with the target during the night and optionally vig/kill target. Requires communication between jailor and target, not very SA mafia friendly. Keeping the role as a simple jailor would work.
Blackmailer - target a player at night, player is PR restricted to only be able to ##vote
Kidnapper - mafia version of jailor.
Mafioso - vanillia mafia/goon.

Mechanics:
You get notified of being attacked/saved at night.
If one scum left they must kill or withhold, cannot do normal night action (i.e. roleblock)

Are you including death descriptions in this setup?

Yeah a lot of the suggestions don't mesh well with how you currently set up your groups.
