I was looking at these two pictures one day and realized how similar the composition was. Me on the left, my dad circa 1980 on the right. I captioned it "Funny how these apples fall". He was pretty proud.

Haven't posted in this thread in awhile, and I'm pretty happy to share this. The last 13 months have been a real hell, but there has been a couple positive things. I have not been able to fit into a shirt this size since I was 19. I'm now 40.  And a 90's look through filter hell.  Hoping to lose another 16 pounds. That will put me around my sophomore weight, and I won't be satisfied until my gut is gone. Hopefully by that time most everyone will be vaccinated and I can re-join the gym I started like two months before the pandemic hit.
