it is a very good product, i heartily recommend. if i know the weather is going to be lovely (too much sunshine UGH california porblems) i'll apply the evening before, though day-of application works as well. i don't sweat a lot at all so that helps

just looked it up, you can either have the sweat glands cut/burned/sucked/lasered out, or you can have a doctor do a procedure "which cuts, burns, or clamps the thoracic ganglion on the main sympathetic chain that runs alongside the spine"
