I'm watching Dawn of the Dead director's cut and goddamn this movie owns. i forgot about the excellent synth-heavy soundtrack and the '70s outfits and poo poo. top notch. Night of the Living Dead is still the best because it's deeper than just "haha awesome" but his other movies have elements of social commentary which are often compelling
