computer controlled synths were pretty 80s I think. we got better experts on this though. also is it that 80s synths sounds like computer, or computers sounds like synths, or that synths are computers :smokepcp:

my opinion of fm synth is that they sound alike dubstrp and have a characteristic sound where as subtractive are less flexible in a way but sound less like "this kind of synth" heh I am a amateur
