Eggs aren't a "eat a million billion eggs forever food" (although personally I eat eggs this way), but they're far from evil.

Usually more problematic is foods you eat along with the egg and general dietary habits.

Eggs are great.

I eat real eggs sometimes, I just don't keep them in my fridge.

Jesus, it isn't like my doctor literally specified eggs and bacon.

I had to eat less cholesterol so I checked the amount of Cholesterol in the foods I eat and then used versions of said food that had the lower number.
