He was referring to its content and how everything is pussified now. Which is true.

Like how in the late 80s early 90s we started childproofing everything with locks and warning labels and turning playgrounds into plastic safezones with soft grounds and dull corners. Now we have a bunch of stupid entitled sissy assholes who need labels for their conditions and are triggered by everything.
