So on the off chance that somebody wanted to draw Ohone, is there an up to date physical description of her someplace? Also are other Family members so short?

Doubt we'll even need to go sneaky with it - we're his potential heir, we can just walk up and touch him in our grief. And we can definitely take samples by touch - we did at the wedding.

The one thing that's sticking in my mind is that our Family seems to be statistical anomalies all over the board, and that if anything we're even more so. Almost as though each generation is getting more Fated. We should keep an eye on younger Family members - no reason to assume that WE are the last perfect version of whatever process produced us. Probably just a conspiracy theory though!

Now the real question with time travel is what precisely we intend to do - and what kind of 'travelling' we'll be doing. Can we transport our body as is to an earlier moment, giving us two Ohones? Is our mind going to travel back and inhabit our old body with our new knowledge (and certainly our new Sanity levels)? Is Current-Ohone going to send a message to Past-Ohone cautioning her against her actions? Pretty much all of those can have some nasty side-effects, though I'd prefer either the second or third. Regardless, Yes to time travel.

He's a brain in a jar - let's give him a servitor body. We can easily control him, there's no way in hell he can break our control unaided, and the selection of mortals that can aid him is getting smaller daily as we get stronger. Besides, he seems to be pretty chill - he just wants to keep living. As a brain he's on detox - without all the drugs he may actually be less of a dick. We can always kill him afterwards, but you all have to admit it'd be a HELL of a twist! Dog Kisser fucked around with this message at 00:37 on Jun 11, 2015 |

How small can we make drones? Can we flood the area with fly-sized drones that fill up the volume with their bodies in a grid and network them so that whenever they die they alert the others around them? Whatever these things are, even if we can't see them we can observe their effects - they kill a bunch of bugs, we get a bunch of data points about their location and movement. Probably tech-heresy!

Also we should be deploying new information gathering devices on tracks, gyros, dendrites, and rocket packs to constantly be probing back, recording on all spectrums, ready to explode in a shower of promethium and disco lights if intercepted. Force them to respond to a thousand constant incursions while we research countermeasures. Don't let them consolidate or advance. Machines may tread where the flesh cannot stand. We should be developing virus bombs to melt them from the inside out. We should be deploying psychic mosquito nets as described above. seconding this Fight with tech!
