"Hiding will do you no good before the Light of the Sun!" With one swift blow Ander cuts both of the Kobolds, and their hiding place, down. Your wagons are ruined because you tried to run instead of help, the rest of your problems can find similar blame. If you want to salvage anything of this then you will need the help of the people in Greenest." He points at the town with his Greatsword, which considering it is a heavy length of metal is somewhat impressive. "Unfortunately it appears to be on fire. I would suggest you stay here and convalesce while the rest of us go and do what's right." Ander shoulders his blade as he looks around at the gathered warriors. "Any objections?"

He comes out of his fearful reverie to in time to hear most of Zedikah's 'rousing' speech. He has failed. He did not destroy the evil that was in front of him, and he barely survived at that. Upon returning to the keep he finds a quiet place to pray to Lathander, to pray for forgiveness. Perhaps more surprisingly he was answered, gaining insight into the divine connection to his god and the ability to bring it to bear, for weal and for woe.
