 Fall Brawl '98 is a boring piece of poo poo that has a bunch of lovely matches and angles that drag out far too long and the entire thing exists to set up Hogan vs Warrior II at Halloween Havoc '98. Perry Saturn vs Raven is the only decent match. It is bad.
