Everybody knows this as the show in which Triple H won the WWE Title, successfully defended it, and lost it over the course of one night. However, there was plenty more awful booking on the show.

- Opened with a 20 minute Vince and HHH promo that had fans chanting for Chris Jericho
- Great Khali vs. Batista in the Punjabi Prison
- Matt Hardy and MVP got a ten minute segment for a pizza eating contest that ended with Matt puking on MVP
- Meanwhile, ECW Champ CM Punk got less than 2 minutes in which looked like total poo poo against Big Daddy V
