Tell me where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?

Welcome to Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? a game of Mafia for 13 players. It is a "traditional" game; there will be little that isn't featured on the SA Mafia Wiki. However, there might still be some surprises thrown your way! Who knows?

The standard mafia rules apply. No truth/dare, no editing your posts, no toxx clauses, don't talk out of thread unless you're allowed to, etc. As long as you don't break the game it'll be fine.

Every game day will have a deadline. If majority voting has not been reached by then, the day will end on a nolynch. The Day 1 deadline will be 5 days long, and they'll only get shorter!

To sign up, simply say whether you want to play or be a replacement, and what your favorite country that is not your own is. If you don't have PMs, give me some way to contact you.

If you are living with, or otherwise have direct RL contact with, another player in the game, please tell me when signing up. It won't affect your chances for playing the game, I just like to know these things in advance.

This reporter believes that only one group would have the audacity to pull a caper like this off - V.I.L.E., that famous group of scoundrels led by the notorious thief Carmen Sandiego. Can the world stop her before all of the national treasures are gone?

The Prime Minister of India stated that he was "shocked" by this crime and that he "has no choice" but to withdraw support for the ACME Detective Agency due to their inability to protect his country's national treasures. Without those much-needed rupees, gumshoe Magnus Gallant finds himself without a job!

The Chief had this to say: "Gandhi was known as a pacifist, but even he knew when to be bold and take action. Maybe try some of that today?"

The mood in Rio is far more tense than in other cities the agents visited - everyone from local bellhops to taxi drivers seem to warn the agent to get out of town. Then, suddenly, the agent recognizes kaschei in the lineup of a samba band! kaschei immediately bolts in a mad dash for the airport, but the ACME agent is too quick and tackles him to the ground.

The ACME Detective Agency's continued inaction forced the government of South Korea to crack down and close down their headquarters in the country. The loss of the central command will no doubt cause many difficulties for the intrepid agents.
