at the Wal-Mart I used to work at three or four guys all went out to the parking lot during lunch break and smoked weed in their cars. everyone knew about it and no one cared, including the managers so yeah if you want to work at a really apathetic wal-mart just stop doing weed long enough to pass the first mandatory drug test and you're good
