I'm hoping they dont actually go through with the low power idea. Think it was pretty roundly lambasted when they tested it.

So how does NASCAR propose this adjustable trackbar work? Button? Hand-crank?

Apparently left up to the teams, for maximum comedy. Can't wait for the rule changes by race 5.

Only Regan of that list is realistically a consideration. The other option would have been to over-promote a young guy and hope he Larson's and doesnt spend 4 year Logano'ing first.

He purposefully hit someone on pit road after the race. You can't bitch at Brad for doing it and then absolve Stewart for the exact same thing literally seconds later.

And nobody cares about fistfights between the haulers, thats just good stuff.

Theres a difference between finishing 16th and 32nd, even without DNFs. Running well most of the year is great, but if you are absolute garbage on your bad days, Terry gonna take's your championship and people on message boards whine about it for the next 20 years.

Its Jeff Gordon who cares, its not like somebody cool/interesting missed out.

I think the point is that 2 DNFs and whatever # of races you finished further behind is not equal to 8 more victories. Winning a race should be of the highest value.
Literally the majority of possible finishes are between the stat 'top 10' and 'DNF'. Youre missing a huge part of the story by focusing on only those stats.

Waltzing Along posted:

E: also a DNF usually has nothing to do with your driving so much as someone hitting you or your vehicle failing.
