Ok, clarify where we're at for me. Based on his edit, I believe Tolly is advancing 2 off of Unstoppable and retreating 2 with burst, ending up in the same position. How far are you advancing with Binding Knife, based on that? He'll get another move from unstoppable regardless, I don't think you can force the miss. The reason he redid his original move was that it would have allowed you to move into a position like so: ooCoJoo where his unstoppable move would have forced him into range 1 with you.
