i made a pizza for the dishwashers and put a whole habanero in it and one of the servers ate a piece lol trick pizza.
she's lucky i didn't put mozz on it, would have made it way worse in the burnage department.

the habanero was diced into little pieces. also i did not "tame" the pepper, so the seeds were in there. also we do not normally carry habanero on the menu.
there was cheese. no mozz because the dishwasher likes to get drunk after work, so i just put a little parmesan and extra marinara.

the extra fat in your colon helps the liver to process alcohol out of your bloodstream. if you want to drink a lot and stay up all night, eating fatty food beforehand will increase your alcohol tolerance.

nutritionally it was good, tasted good, egg was a little overcooked but my first breakfast pizza so i'm happy with it. sure it's ugly as sin but so what, i want to eat it not look at it (i say something similar about girls with ugly faces).
a good pizza imo.
perhaps i should get a vacuum-packaging machine and send parcooked pizzas to interested yobbers? (this probably won't happen, honestly i dunno if cooking is my true passion, and i'm getting fired for the epic kung-fu beating that i am doling out to the rest of the kitchen)
