VLC doesn’t seem to be able to do picture-in-picture (iPad Air 2) Is that right? Seems weird but I read that Apple API won’t let them implement. I see that AVPlayer does picture in picture but do you really need to upload files via usb like I’m reading? That also seems weird.

I’m looking for a simple calendar/reminder solution. For some reason I don’t like either the built-in or google calendars. Maybe I just need to fully commit to one or the other? I can’t articulate what it is that I don’t like, but maybe someone feels the same and can point me to an alternative?

Pocketcast is the type of thing that would just stop working if it went away? Like, instead of just not updating, it will cease to function?
