Great episode tonight. It really made you felt like you have schizophrenia as well. That whole thing with Brody was the greatest mind gently caress of all time, you wanted to believe he was real but then logic says it can't be this way, then your mind is saying this show just jumped the shark and it will sucks from this point on, but wait, it's not real! It' can't be! Holy poo poo.

I enjoyed Saul's debate with a terrorist. They are both the good guys and the bad guys, they are both right and wrong. Good stuff. Also, fundamentalist muslim porn.

I'm also not entirely sure what their goal is. Destabilize the local CIA presence long enough for the terrorist to carry out his plan? Then kidnapping Saul to draw the CIA director to the region seems like a bad idea. Just keep taking out station chiefs until the CIA decides to leave Pakistan? Seems like a reach. Drug her up, kidnap her, and try to pump her for information? They already had the previous station chief passing them info and decided to kill him, plus they have an active spy inside the embassy.

My current theory is that Khan is actually one of the good guys, or at least not aligned with ISI lady's agenda. I think he had his guys pick Carrie up when they saw her freaking out in public, and had her brought to the mansion so they could meet in private. Something about his behavior in that last scene just gave me the impression that he was confused by her condition, not like he was one of the people responsible for it.

I thought of that too, but then I was reminded of the straightjacket Carries was in. Why would they have the jacket ready for her unless they knew she has mental issues?

How do we know she was really wearing a straightjacket and that that wasn't just her hallucinating and she was just wearing handcuffs. Weird for secret service agents to be carrying around a straightjacket in the first place, no?

Hah, good point! The straightjacket could be a red herring then. The episode is still doing a good job loving with our head.

I laughed so hard when Saul cursed Carries out for leading him to the Taliban. Poor bastard. Also I was bothered he didn't loving bothered to wear traditional local pakistani/islamic clothes instead of sticking out like an obvious westerner prisoner.

Jesus christ, the finale was boring as gently caress. It was like the ending of Metal Gear Solid 4 with the hour long of nothing happening and the "BIG TWIST" . Also the big twist was delivered badly.

Well that was disappointing. I thought at least the ugly loving baby was going to get stolen by terrorists or something else more predictable but less awful.

There was moments where it felt like shits was about to hit the fan. I thought Quinns was going to get shot. I thought Quinn and Carrie's sister had an upsetting conversation that would make the sister take the baby away, all just because of the weird look the sister gave to Carries and how the whole scene was shot. And why the gently caress Quinn went on a mission again? He couldn't just wait? Since when did he changed his phone number all of a sudden? He didnt do it when he backed out of Pakistan and then went with the decision to go to Pakistan. I don't loving know.
