I'm experiencing what seems to be a significant bug in my game. I've made it to "Confront the Loyalists" mission (low chaos, if that ends up mattering), and I can't complete the game. The only quest marker I can get to show up is the one for rescuing Pierro and Sokolov, and their quest. Nothing appears regarding finding info about Havelock or Emily. I used the signal to call for Samuel after knocking out the guards, and he doesn't get a marker either. I talk to him, and he says we should get going. I've heard the NPC conversations, I've tried collecting both of the notes about the lighthouse, I've tried collecting neither, I've loaded my game from several different points, including just before the final Granny Rags encounter. The same thing always happens. This isn't my first time through the game, either. I've played through with no problems before this, and I got nothing.
