Like, I'm pretty sure the players probably get a mailer from the nhlpa with rule changes and some emails, then the team likely sits them down and explains it, then they probably get shown some video. Then during preseason, they probably try scenarios about those changes. So yeah. LOL Bieksa

I normally don't pick at individual penalties, because poo poo happens. But I feel like if you get a penalty because you don't know the rules of the game you are paid millions of dollars to play you probably deserve to be mocked a bit.
