magazines are awesome. they're like RSS feeds, except you can't just read them any time you want, and they take up physical space. also, they cost money!

if you read a good magazine, post about it. i used to like waxpoetics when i could afford the subscription

i only ever saw one ish of gamepro, but it seemed pretty good. i'd've liked to get tips from a pro rather than a game spy or a game informant, which is what we had around here. anyway gaming magazines were great when you were too poor to buy the actual carts/discs, even though sometimes the game would end up being worse than you'd imagined (what the gently caress was iggy's wreckin' balls about??)

that's cool, this is the thread to learn what magazines are after all. it's not on paper, but :nws:the first issue of Juxtapoz:nws:, an art & culture magazine, is cool to start with. if you know anyone who's really into tattoos they've probably read it
