Can I make a man who has a mechanikal prosthetic eye? This is Very Important. Also: will there be any flexibility on what careers can be Rhulic 'Jack Marshals (or which races can be Rhulic Field Mechanics), since they're incompatible with normal 'Jack Marshal abilities? It sucks that Gobbers can't be Gifted. I keep wavering between a gobber thief and something arcane... I may end up flipping a coin or something.

Despite all the talk about how casters are great, and despite the fact that Gobbers feel a bit poo poo on their racial stats (3 fuckin' starting poise?), I've got a Gobber Field Mechanik/Thief in mind. So I'm understanding properly: accepting the 300 gc in Rhulic issued gear would require me to give up all my other equipment? Including the 'jack?

Yeah, but the guttersnipe didn't really grab me. It seems more limited in skills, which is really the only thing a gobber has going. Like, it can't even pick a lock? What kind of self respecting "urban criminal" can't even pick a lock? Then its abilities didn't strike me as all that great. Lost In The Crowd (or whatever) in a pbp game is basically "effect: Stop Posting For A Week.". Did I miss anything really good about it?
