Bob's Burgers is in The Sports Death Slot, basically. Either they get bumped off because of games running late or preempted because of an 8 pm game needs 30 minutes of commentary beforehand. Same thing happened with Futurama.

To be fair, nothing much new has aired on Fox on Sunday due to the Olympics and award shows. The last episode of "The Simpsons" has been in January. Same goes for Family Guy and Last Man on Earth. Bob's Burgers is only 1 or 2 episodes behind this season compared to those other shows.

The thing is, when they DON'T run long, something like an NFL game is one of the best lead ins there is. The slot can be a ratings benefit.

I was wrong about Roger but still loved how it turned out. That was a solid episode. loving Jack ruins everything. Also when it's not Christmas he isn't Krampus anymore. That's good to know. I kind of want to see him come back to do more eye patch jokes. I still want to try his whiskey shot in the eye socket one...

Jumped off the American Dad train after it went to TBS because it felt like that 1st TBS season was trying too hard, and the show basically had run out of gas. Jumped back in to the current season out of boredom. I was wrong. Show still owns.

It took them until midway through the second until they burned through the episodes they had in the can if I remember right.

No they just added all the previous seasons up last week. They're next day for network, but aside from a few exceptions, cable tv shows get added after the season has run.
