I'm glad this thread exists because otherwise I wouldn't know about this new way to waste my life. I have a depressing number of hours and 100% completion in the original.

I come to this thread asking WTF it was that I picked up in a dice room. It gave me Lord of the Flies (which I understand) and a bunch of other stuff that I more or less got, but it also gave me this thing that I controlled, kind of like Epic Fetus or the Doctor's Remote, that pulsated and caused damage on the edges. It trivialized Mom's Heart and Satan, especially since it was combined with Spider Bite and a bunch of other wacky stuff.

R02D HNXC is one of the crazier seeds I've come across (Isaac, hard). Even if you don't reroll the treasure room just to the left of the start into Epic Fetus, you'll end up with scythes, 20/20, Pentagram, and Spirit of the Night by Necropolis 1 without ever taking a devil deal (Mom's Knife is in the first devil room too, if you want it). 2/3 of the way to Guppy so far too by rerolling in a curse room.
