In the old days they were more like offset sequels so it didn't matter if they canabalized eachother. Now they're trying to push sc2 as an esport, so they'd have to make wc4 a single player game or very non competitive multiplayer. Or they could do a wow/d3 scenario and just make the games identical and hope people are too retarded to notice
