Intro  Runescape is a long standing MMORPG with a horrible community, repetitive skills, but enough charm and wit with flashes of well thought out content that keeps you coming back for more. The medieval fantasy game you once knew has changed radically with the introduction of Evolution of Combat (EOC), with pubbie rage bringing to its side Legacy Mode, which harkens back to the days of old through its interface and combat system. You can still play the original Runescape 2, now known as Old School Runescape (OSRS) here but almost all goons play the main game, so you won’t get the laid back, super awesome community if you wanna dip into that nostalgia. The OP will serve to be brief as possible, providing you with just enough to get you into the game, or back in touch if you’ve been away so that you can get to the new life that awaits you in Gilenor. Agility ♦ – Arguably the worst skill in the game, click on obstacle courses thousands of times to gain the ability to run across walls, but slip on the same log over and over. Herblore ♦ – Highly expensive, highly useful, clean herbs and make them into potions that give all sorts of powerful boosts and benefits. Thieving ♦ – Pick pockets of NPCs, get punched in the face, repeat. Loot urns in a pyramid, get bitten by snakes, repeat. Crafting – Create armour out of dragon hides and mushroom spores, or create fancy jewelry with gold and gems. A somewhat versatile skill. Fletching ♦ – A skill that lets you make the weapons and ammo you need for the Ranged skill. Cheap and even profitable, but very tedious. Slayer ♦ - Compliments combat in general, get assigned by Slayer Masters to commit genocide on different groups of monsters, some you can’t kill without gimmicks or higher levels in the skill. Hunter ♦ - Poach and trap wildlife for their hides and bones, or capture various implings in jars like Pokemon. Divination ♦ - The newest skill, drain floating orbs and thrust your pelvis at glowing holes in the ground to gain the ability to craft skilling/gathering locations and items to heal you, revive you, or bank your items. Mining - A skill entirely devoted to swinging your pick at rocks. Click on rocks over and over to get various ores.  Smithing - The complimentary skill to mining. Smelt the ores you mined into bars to create billions of metal armour and weapons to flood the economy with. Fishing - Fish thousands of tuna, sharks, eels and lobsters in an attempt to extinct all marine life. Cooking – Cook pizzas, pies, meat and more – or burn it all with the grace of a goon. Firemaking – Originally a test skill, burn as many logs as you can in an attempt to burn a hole in the ozone layer. Woodcutting – Clearcut your way through millions of trees to burn or fletch them, or sell it to others willing to forsake Mother Earth. Weekly Meg - Your biggest (and only) fan located in Player Owned Ports in Port Sarim (more on that later), give her advice on her adventures so she can succeed (or fail) and bring you back a treasure chest (gold and an xp lamp). Penguin Hide and Seek - Hunt penguins in disguise all over Gilenor to gather points to turn in for cash or exp. Requires quests to get the full benefit. Circus - Perform tiered tricks in a travelling circus for exp and costumes as obnoxious NPCs yell at you to DO SOMETHING! Monthly Troll Invasion - Fight back or guard against a bunch of trolls for a large xp reward  God Statues - Help a gnome build statues in the likeness of gods. Build the right one for an area to get prayer xp. Build the wrong one and you get to kill an rear end in a top hat fanatic for slayer xp. Other Player Owned Ports - Requires Level 90 in at least one of the minigame's skills to start. Send ships out on voyages that come and go in real time to gather goods in ~exotic~ Eastern lands to make high end gear to use or sell. Comes with bonus 'Asian' accent voiceovers done by Brits who have never spoken to one in their life. Temple Trekking - Take to the swampy bog lands of Mortyania inhabited by ghosts and vampyres to assist different folks safely through the dangerous region. Rewards are versatile - xp boosting gear, xp books, and various materials to sell or use. Older content, but it stands up well against the test of time.   [P5]. Quests  Runescape is unique in its quests. There are close to 200 as of this writing, and they range from the soul crushingly awful poo poo puzzler, Elemental Workshop III to the epic battle for power in Ritual of the Mahjarrat. There's plenty of variety in-between as well - the scorching hot desert rescue called Stolen Hearts, the shadowy infiltration into the Branches of Darkmeyer, the flop of a Le Reddit hilarity that is Bringing Home the Bacon, and even a horror survival adventure that gives a nod to Resident Evil in the spooky good adventure of Broken Home. Whether you're looking for quests that will delight you or slowly kill your will to live, Runescape has it all! On a side note, Dungeoneering also comes with a series called the Dungeoneering Sagas – stories that you play out that revolve around Daemonheim. While they’re not ‘quests’, they are some of the most well-written, entertaining pieces of content Jagex has made to date and are an absolute must play. [P6]. Treasure Hunter/Solomon's General Store   The game's source of microtransactions, Treasure Hunter (TH) provides in-game items that have benefits to boost your gameplay. The mascot for TH is a creepy girl named Alice, who stares at you with eyes that are empty voids while you open chests with Keys, earned in-game or by paying money/bonds. If you want to feel like a Runescape Superstar, buy hundreds of keys and use them all at once to get inventories full of useless items and xp. Solomon's General Store also has microtransactions, leaning more towards cosmetic than beneficial. Get Runecoins through money/Bonds to buy overrides, emotes, and animations and pets. The store occasionally discounts items and provides freebies to members, as well as being merged with the Loyalty Shop - a system that racks up points based on unbroken membership time to be used on beneficial auras, as well as select items of Solomon's store.   [P7]. Extras While these isn’t goon made, they are worth checking out: Runeclan – A site that tracks the daily, weekly and monthly stat gains of Goonscape’s members. Useful for seeing which members are most active and who are the biggest poopsockers. Ghetto Online – GTA meets Runescape 2. A mod in progress that looks to be extremely promising and amazing. For those inclined to unfair assistance, the Harps in Prfid are autoclickerable as hell. Grab the murgee autoclicker, set it to 1 minute per click, then click "Extra Random Delay" and punch in 30 seconds. It'll click once every 60 to 90 seconds, just like a real person doing semi-afk Harp. Most importantly, it's a bit of software I've been using for months and won't get you banned. Every week I do my Citadel cooking by setting this thing to click every 20 seconds with a 2 second extra random delay, and set it to click 245 times, and let it do its thing for an hour and a half. I don't even bother babysitting it anymore, I set it up before I go to bed, turn my monitor off, and hit the sack. I've been autoclicking the harps literally all day today while I study for exams - gonna have my Crystal Hatchet done soon.

To be fair the XP from Prfid scales with level and is about double his numbers at 97 agi. Prfid is definitely the best agi XP in the game by the time you get there. I mostly just like it because the clickboxes aren't goddamned miniscule and the animations are cool.
