Because I made Duncan Sentinel and was smart around Ramsay and didn't antagonize the man who tortures for fun and profit and in death people call Ethan "The Wise". Does this change if you hosed it up? Yeah, it can be different. I ended up with "Ethan the Brave" in my playthrough.
