Tales from the borderlands might be an option and you can always do the back to the future or home star runner series too.

Just be warned that back to the future and homestar runner are more puzzle like (she'll have to wander around and find items on her own but it'd be a little easier than monkey Island.

I think telltale games, (not walking dead season 1 and maybe not borderlands because it probably doesn't rely as much on shock) have a heavy rain effect.

That is, it's fine if you play them once and never touch it again. As soon as you engage in discussion or play it again a second time, the illusion is severely ruined.

Yeah I dunno how much I'd even want the minecraft one. Definitely not buying at launch, and depending on reviews, see if it's worth it at a couple of bucks I'm the inevitable sale.
