I never understood these images. Wouldn't there need to be some mechanical thing inside the camera that recorded this going faster than the speed of light?

I'm not very good at science.

You have to take a bunch of pics of the same scene at different points in time, then put it back together.

How many people actually switch their tires for winter? I certainly don't and I've never had a problem with snow. Live in Washington, so snow is usually only on the ground a couple weeks out of the year.

You don't "need" winter tires to drive in snow. If you drive in snow a LOT then it might be worth it, but not for most people in most states.

When the shittiest snow tires work better than the best all-seasons, it's loving dumb not to have a beater set for winter.

I played the trumpet. It's not incredibly difficult to start playing, but it is difficult to do masterfully.

Besieged only allows you to use one key per action type, not per each device you have. So if you have a bunch of pistons or props, all of them activate when you press the appropriate key.

Basically, I was trying to be encouraging, and now I feel like an rear end hole.

The thing to remember about art is that it has historically used reference models. Old paintings, sculptures, Alex Ross, animation (traditional and digital), they all use models/actors to get what they need. If you're going to critique it, you should worry less about it been used and more on how it is used. A good example is Alex Ross and Greg Land. Ross takes photos of his friends posed in how he wants a panel to be laid out with the right lighting and then makes up all the details of the characters as he draws it. Greg Land pretty much copies wholesale from his references with few changes and uses porn as a reference in a way that juxtaposes with the scene.

Greg Land has been phoning it in for years.
