Managed to stop by the post office to drop off a box with stuff yesterday. Someone will be getting things in the mail before or after christmas.

Grimble is a cool lad imo and I recieved a load of Norweigen things today in the post.

Swag includes an Odds Ballklubb scarf who finished 3rd in the Norwegian league this year and also a Rĝa IL scarf which I think is a women's team so I guess they're both pretty bad? a guide to understanding Norwegian people, some coffee (I loving love coffee) but I don't actually own a coffee press so ill need one of those, smells great though. I also got some Norwegian chocolate and some things called "pulver padder" which idk what it is but i'll probably try one when drunk just to be safe.

Thanks Grimble this is a cool and good selection of stuff and you are also cool and good. I will not be posting a Raffles style tasting video for the coffee but will post a description.

my box is sealed taped and ready to be sent. I'll send it tomorrow.

The coffee should be grinded and ready, so go ahead and brew yourself a pot.

I included the "Pulver Padder" as a weird treat Norwegians enjoy, it's a mix of liqourice and salmiak. They might be tolerable if drunk enough.

The teams are both poo poo, but Rĝa IL is 200 yards away from me and I try to buy some stuff whenever I can to keep them from going bankrupt, and the Odd scarf is from the cup-final this year.

Thank you SO Much to my secret santa for this AMAZING beanie! I only have Munich jerseys at this point, so this is my first piece of non-jersey Munich gear! It feels great and fits me well, and the weather is getting colder, and I only have one crappy old beanie I wear occasionally, but not anymore!

I can confirm that I did receive my passport today (the "courier" was actually just a Malaysian man in a Ford Escort, top top work from the Borders Agency), and as such I have sent my parcel, which will hopefully arrive early next week

However, I could only find packing tape that smelt of farts, so if anyone receives a fart-smelling package it's probably full of wonderful surprises and/or broken glass

Thanks to Soulex for the awesome Japanese candies and what I presume are dehydrated anchovies.

Also received an awesome scarf for a team with a killer name.

Thanks so much! I'm hiding the warning letter from the wife and making her try some of the marinara pizza candies.

You said the weirder the better. I tried to tell you that wasn't a good idea :ohdear:

Again, those pizza ones are the worst thing you'll put in your mouth. Seriously, give them to a friend or someone. Bet them like 5 bucks to eat a marinara one.

I'm glad you like it though! The Black Thunder is good, and the green tea kitkat is actually decent, if you're into green tea. Never tried the Baskin Robbins one. I know that it's dehydrated anchovies and squid. I think the other one is dehydrated white fish.

Oh man! I wish I'd known that, I'd have sent you more PTFC stuff instead of ASG stuff! I'm glad you like everything though :3:

I came in to work yesterday and a box and a pouch had arrived!

Opening the pouch first, I discovered a t-shirt!

I will forever remember the Aztex as the team that gave us the good (Scottish) Eddie Johnson, and it looks like they beat the Thunder Bay Chill 3-1 to secure the 2013 PDL Championship, so an excellent shirt!

The reverse so you can see the amazing names of the semifinalists:

On to the box, filled with high-quality medical insulation!

A very good haul of Austin, TX swag!

The beer is a Turkish Coffee stout, which sounds incredible and I can't wait to drink some! Unfortunately, the glass at the back broke in transit, but it looks like it would have been pretty nice.

Thanks Bovril Delight and Merry Christmas to you too!
