An old classic https://youtu.be/rLy-AwdCOmI Does anyone have the one where it looks like a surreal, degraded russian children’s cartoon, with cuts to footage of an incredibly emaciated figure dancing around? I can’t find it. EDIT: seems like I had two videos mixex up in my head. He defraded cartoon one was this: https://youtu.be/ZqzESY7SIqU But I still can’t find the one with the skin and bones person dancing to a russian song. Oh hey, that’s her. It’s less creepy without the music, and she’s actually a pretty good tap dancer. Neat! I’m glad she’s doing well. EDIT: I don’t really like Obey the Walrus so much now that I know that the person in it is real. Feels exploitative. Ariong has a new favorite as of 16:59 on Oct 27, 2017 |

This is very cool and eerie, but the sounds effects are super dumb. Shark bumps into front of sub. *DOOSH* Shark bumps into bottom of sub, bouncing off. Sub doesn't move. *WHAM, GLASS CRACKING SOUNDS*

Last time Mr. Ouchi came up (I don't remember whether it was in this thread or another PYF one), didn't someone point out that they stuffed him so full of the good stuff that he wasn't even conscious, let alone in pain? I hope I'm remembering that correctly.

Steve-O: Demise and Rise is an MTV special about Steve-O from Jackass and his battle with drug addiction. It's really worth a watch. There's one moment in it that really affected me. (Stop reading here if you're going to watch it!) So at the nadir of his drug addiction Steve-O sends out a mass email announcing his intention to commit suicide. A bunch of the Jackass guys who live nearby decide to go over as fast as they can. When they get there Steve-O agrees to get help, but he wants to film his own intervention. Since obviously none of the guys brought a camera, he pulls out his own and starts filming. Only a few seconds get recorded before Johnny Knoxville slaps the camera out of his hands, but for a split second the camera is leveled directly at Knoxville. "There's this one frame, if you look at it, you can see this look on Knoxville's face. Everyone's seen him in such incredible agony, but he's never had such a pained look on his face." -Steve-O

Wild T posted:Nanas stuff is always good. I like the Maze video. Yeah, the whippets are probably the scariest part. One of the people they interview for the special is Steve-O’s friend and ex-bodyguard, who describes how awful it was to watch the guy blast these little cans back-to-back-to-back-to-back. The whippets are what made him start hearing voices in his head telling him to die. They’re way way worse than I thought. Shrapnig posted:This documentary/special/whatever is really really difficult to watch if you haven't seen it. It helps knowing that, as of today, he’s been sober for something like a decade.

Cockroaches are tropical insects. Without humans and our climate-controlled spaces, they won’t survive past a few winters in most places.

Earlier I posted what turned out to be the first in a series of videos called ⏩, or Fast Forward if you don’t have an emoji keyboard handy. Each one is a youTube video from a future. It is a horror series in the style of Black Mirror, which imagines what might happen when the technology which we are currently working so hard toward meets the less savory aspects of humanity which come so easily to us. I find the latest one to be the scariest yet. The first one had effects which impacted the whole universe, the second a country, but this latest one focuses on the plight of a single person. Do check out the content warnings if you’re at all squeamish, this one is a bit of a tough watch. Stealing Our Friend's Brain Backup PRANK (GONE WRONG!!!) 🤯🤯🤯 https://youtu.be/3L1QIJ9PQ2M Content Warnings:existential horror, psychological torture, asphyxiation, involuntary release of urine, and super annoying youTube personalities. I think it’s equally cool and crazy that maggots have developed so far into the niche of eating rotten meat that not only will they not eat fresh meat, but they have honed a razor sharp instinct for which meat is fresh and which is rotten specifically so they never accidentally eat fresh meat.

Wasps vary wildly in aggression. Around where I live we mostly have Dirt Daubers (I don’t know the proper name) which are about as docile as anything. They’re pretty cool. The only bad thing about them is that their nests are made of dried mud instead of clay, so once their gone it can be a little tough to get rid of the abandoned nest. We also have a few Yellowjackets, which are the exact opposite and will happily sting you if you don’t give them a wide berth. I don’t hate them, though. They’re just doing what Mother Nature told them to do.
