It helps if you don't hate your job, that being said the good ones don't usually last forever. Also helps if you really enjoy where you live and don't feel the need to "escape" to somewhere else. Been there before and have sold everything, haven't traveled as much as you're planning to but moved around enough and experienced enough to figure out where I want to be in life. Chasing the money is overrated. Good luck man.
