Action park is pretty great for a non baseball episode. The more recent one about the man who invented the uh, “self milking machine” for lack of a better word, was also pretty great.

Yeah what are the funniest ones for the past year or two? I've also fallen off regular listening because of all the doomposting, I just want funny dumbasses making jet packs.

Yeah, I think it was getting to him too. There have significantly less stories about Anarchist protestors getting crushed by the state. There have been some pretty good baseball ones recently. The San Jose Bees and Frank Verdi were pretty good. Cocaine Pirates was also amazing. I haven't listened to the A-Team, but it looks interesting. So far, the funniest ones seem to be the live dollop episodes, especially the one about the DnD Panic, The Erie Canal Soda Pop Festival, and the Miami Aerospace Academy. Anyway my favorites are the Charles get out one and Boston corbett. Dapper_Swindler fucked around with this message at 22:24 on Apr 8, 2021 |

I think the weird Mormon stories are kinda fun. Porter Rockwell (74), James Strang the island king (148), the Missouri Mormon War (319), and there are a few other ones. Whenever they get to talking about Joe Smith and his plates, it's a pretty good time. (The Ever-Drunk) Boston Corbett (117), a live ep with Patton Oswalt, is a good one, too. Pedestrianism (159) is great because Gareth never stops being amazed that it's all about walking, and he's right. Also, seconding FlamingLiberal's recommendation of The Falconer Chris Boyce (Falcon and the Snowman) for sheer WTF-ery. Fifty Farts fucked around with this message at 06:13 on Apr 24, 2021 |
