as someone who only grew up with wario land 1, I found 4 to be Extremely Good. also does anyone actually think Wario World was good

when you beat hard mode you unlock very hard mode which starts you with half life and moves the puzzle pieces around. when you beat that you unlock super hard mode which starts you with one heart and moves the puzzle pieces to very obscure locations. also the timer is ridiculously short. still havent beaten that one but i might try again thanks to this thread

There's only normal, hard and s. hard. Hard cuts your health in half/moves the pieces around and lowers the time limits. I don't know what s. hard changes outside of the entry passage because I cannot kill the 1st boss in 15 seconds yet. Not going to give up and use game and watch. I really want to see if the rest of the game does weird poo poo like placing the frog switch at the start.

from what ive seen (about 1/3 of the way through) the frog switches are all in the same places but the time limit is ridiculous and since you have super low health its really hard to survive let alone get a gold crown and the pieces many of which are only accessible after you hit the frog
