 done. my third decree is to fill the vending machines with fritos. fritos in every square inch of the vending machines, not just the parts meant for food. every moving part stuffed with fritos. fritos inside of the coin slot, so you can't even use it.

 speaking of "wearing out" i need a hat that is durable, i was thinking a cabbie hat or a bowler hat, but i think a bowler hat would be harder to find at short notice
