It mentions a step 5, yet the article appears to end at step 4. I imagine it would have been something like "con people into giving you money for your vague concept with zero actual engineering behind it".

There are an awful lot of articles that appear to have been created by plugging the title into Google, reading the first couple results, and hastily throwing together a barebones overview. It's displayed no more concern for delivering real educational content than TLC.
