STRIKE!
My Droid Maxx that I've had for about a year died today? I removed it from the charger and after about a second it turned off. I am unable to turn it back on.

I have attempted to turn it on by itself.
I have attempted to turn it on while plugged with charger.
I have attempted to turn it on while connected to the computer.

I chose to get the Maxx because it had a great battery life. However I was worried because it was the first phone where I couldn't access/remove the battery.

At this point the total battery life was slightly less than it was when it was brand new, but there no major issues to suggest the phone was going to die.

Please advise.

Have you tried holding the power button for ~30 seconds? This has worked for a few phones I've had that seemed bricked.

It worked! You are the best. I tried doing it for ~10 seconds based on google stuff. That did nothing, but ~30 seconds did.

Good looks, all around.

How do I block a number on a Droid Maxx? All the online answers I find aren't applicable.

Thanks for response, is this the best we can do? Straight to voicemail?
