 THINGS 2 DISCUSS: Impact Wrestling debuts on Destination America LIVE on January 7th, airs regularly on Fridays starting January 16th. If you have expanded cable, you most likely have this channel. New logo for Impact Wrestling - love it or hate it? They may be bringing the four-sided ring back. Several people have re-signed, including Kurt Angle, Abyss, and Ethan Carter III. Josh Matthews is the new play-by-play man. Two new shows: Impact Wrestling: Unlocked - a Mike Tenay hosted show that acts like NFL Replay, giving extra info on a replay. TNA Wrestling's Greatest Matches - speaks for itself These shows air Saturday at 10AM Eastern - 12AM Eastern. Greatest Matches debuts the 10th, Unlocked debuts the 17th. No One Night Only PPV has been announced to air this month, but they have two in the tank. There are also reports TNA's obligations to air PPVs may be up, so that might be a thing.  I guess this is a thing.

Listening to Russo's interview with Nigel McGuinness for my sins. Russo paints the picture that when him and Nigel were in TNA budgetarily payrole seemed like a robbing Peter to pay Paul situation. For example if the production people had to paid TNA would find a way not to pay a wrestler or even terminate them. Also Russo said you had to have a meeting if you wanted something Fedex'd.

Two days removed from the relaunch and TNA has a few bits of news to report. All those on the free Eddie Edwards campaign I'm sorry to say the Wolves have re-signed with TNA, so fully expect them to work a breakup angle asap. Apparently TNA is still trying to sign ADR in time for Wednesday show getting ready to throw money at him to get him to freshen up the product, hopefully he closes his eyes because nickels and dimes loving sting when you get hit with them. And finally someone asked Dixie on twitter for a clarification on how many ppv's TNA is running this year. She answered with a definitive "a few live, some one night onlys" which suggests to me the impartial observer that TNA absolutely know what they are doing and aren't just fumbling along.
