 I have a spreadsheet of customer info (everything from contact info to details about their business, etc) and I need a way to manage it online so that I can email each customer a link and have them review the info I have on-hand and update as necessary. It kind of falls under a CRM, but I am demoing SugarCRM and it seems like extreme overkill for this. Does anyone have any experience with some sort of software of this nature? This is my first foray into trying to manage this type of data and I am a bit lost as to what the options are. I tried Google Docs, but there's no reasonable way to pre-populate the Forms you can build from a spreadsheet.
